Returns within the EU
To return a product within the EU, please send an email to contact@urbanpioneers.no.
Email instructions:
Subject line: Use Return – [Order Number]
Body of the email: Include the style number, size, color, and reason for the return.
Once we receive your email, we will send a confirmation along with a return label. Attach the label to your package and drop it off at the nearest pickup location.
